The assessment takes between 1 to 2 hours.

First part of Assessment

Cilica works together with her clients to develop a repoire quickly in an informal, rather intimate manner; creating trust, openness and respect to build.

For Clients generally opening up during the assessment may be uncomfortable, foreign or unnerving (feel like you’re being judged).  Each person has trigger responses initiated from past and present events, words, sounds, fragrances, actions and/or memories . . . moving into and out of these places mentally or physically gives Cilica a brilliant method to understand how your journey needs to be shaped.  Much of the process is done through dialoguing, movement and questions by the Client and Cilica.  The direction and content of the assessment differs with each Client in that each person is in a different place and time of their journey.

The Assessment is unbound by past assessments; educational, physiological or even from your parents or partners – no questions found on a form, or an assessment of your upbringing or sibling relationships or of some traumatic event in your life or even what job you have.  The brilliant aspects of Cilica’s assessments are in her ‘knowing’ where and who you are TODAY.  She can ascertain quite accurately who the person you are inside.  Cilica is also interested in the ‘social you’, the person you show to the world, because she knows that people are not simply black n white or grey in the middle; people are simply complex.

The Second part of the Assessment:

After the assessment and the client is gone (either in person, on-line chat, or telephone), Cilica meditates to clearly define helping you to reach your best.

True Cilica understands human behaviour and relationships; but what she brings after the initial session is her understanding of the natural and unnatural worlds to give you direct, revealing insights into your journey of Being Exceptional!
